Portoferraio - Elba Island

Visit an extraordinary family farmhouse at the top of the hills on the Elba Island, surrounded by nature and with a splendid view of the sea. On a 450-hectare estate, explore the wilderness and its private beaches. Take part in a wine tasting and Elban specialities, with a jeep tour through the vineyards. We will organise your landing: a Jeep will meet you at the meeting point to take you on an exploration of the Estate, with its 450 hectares of Mediterranean maquis, vineyards and sheer cliffs. Upon arrival on the roof of the winery, you will be entertained with a private aperitif with wines from the property, gourmet dishes from the restaurant's chef and other local specialities. Portoferraio

The capital of the Island of Elba, offers history enthusiasts surprising traces of the past in Napoleon Bonaparte's residences, various museums and archaeological sites.The guided tour of Portoferraio takes the form of a historical itinerary through the evocative town centre during which the main monuments are visited: the Misericordia church, Fort Stella, the Palazzina dei Mulini, inhabited between 1814 and 1815 by Napoleon, and Fort Falcone.

Villa Romana in Giannutri

Giannutri

Little known to tourists, had already been chosen as an ideal place for otium since antiquity. It is one of the most scenic maritime villas in the entire Tuscan archipelago. The visit begins at the bay of Cala Maestra and, following the rocky cliffs and scented paths of the Mediterranean maquis, we reach the remains of the Roman villa built in the first century AD by the powerful Domizi Enobarbi family. The villa consists of several distinct nuclei of structures scattered between the coast and the inland reliefs. The villa is under the protection of the Superintendence and managed by the Tuscan Archipelago National Park. On the seabed in front of the island, some wrecks of merchant ships still lie forgotten, bearing witness to the ancient maritime traffic with the mainland.

Nordic Walking is a simple, fun sport that is suitable for all ages and allows you to combine the positive effects of sport with relax and fun, and the Island of Elba, with its unspoilt paths, its quiet and its colours is the ideal place to practice it. The route begins in San Piero, from the Church of San Nicolò in the direction of Sassi Ritti. This area, as well as being an important testimony to people who lived on Elba thousands of years ago, is also a beautiful panoramic point. Going on, you will reach one of the most important sites on Elba: the ancient granite caves dating back to Roman times. From this panoramic point, the path then descends quickly to Cavoli where you will continue in the direction of San Piero.

Trekking & Hiking: La Torre di Capodomo

One of Argentario's most striking towers thanks to its dominant position, 350 m. above sea level.

From here you can admire the coast and with a clear sky even the islands of Giannutri and Montecristo, a truly wonderful view. 

The tower was part of the defence system of the State of Presidi, although its foundation is much older. You will reach the tower by following a winding path along the ridge of the mountain.

Capostella trekking tour

Elba Island

Capostella will take you on a journey back in time to the arrival of the first humans on the island, a peninsula populated since ancient times thanks to the presence of water and numerous caves. The low Mediterranean maquis, rich in essential oils and colourful blooms, is the protagonist, along with the crystal-clear sea and the wonderful view of the island of Montecristo. An adventurous walk in the place that Napoleon chose as his personal hunting ground.

E-bike tour & wine tasting

Pianosa

The island of Pianosa is one of the jewels of the Tuscan Archipelago National Park. The mountain bike excursion to Pianosa is the most complete and exhaustive experience to get to know and discover the flat island. In 1997, the Pianosa prison was closed. It was founded as an agricultural penal colony in the mid-1800s and in the last 20 years has become a maximum security prison. A flat territory of 10 square km, with a maximum height of 29 m. With the closure of the prison, the island was included in the Tuscan Archipelago National Park. A land rich in history and archaeological evidence, as well as a unique geological environment in the Tuscan archipelago. During the ride you will see the most beautiful places and the most spectacular views of this small island.

Nature walk and snorkeling

Pianosa

A day in close contact with nature, both on land in the National Park area and at sea, where the abundance of aquatic life is amazing. You will walk in the inside of the island where you will meet the old buildings of the agricultural penal colony.

During the walk, the guide will talk about the environmental and historical aspects of the island: from the Palaeolithic to the more recent chapter of the prison and then the establishment of the nature reserve. After the walk, you will enjoy the long beach of Cala Giovanna, the starting point of the guided snorkel. You will feel like swimming in an aquarium!

Snorkeling on the wreck of the merchant ship "Elviscot"

Elba Island

Snorkeling on the wreck of the motor vessel Elviscot is a unique and very fascinating experience; one of the few opportunities in Italy to be able to see the remains of a ship with just the use of mask, snorkel and fins. In 1972, a 62-metre Italian merchant ship en route between Naples and Marseille collided and sank near the Ogliera rock, in front of the village of Pomonte. Over the years, the large iron skeleton became home to thousands of fish.

Thanks to the exceptional transparency of the water and the presence of hundreds of fish, it is the most interesting place on the island for snorkeling lovers.

Starting by swimming directly from the beach with an expert guide, you will reach the Ogliera rock and start swimming on the wreck among the many fish - a truly unique experience!

Pianosa offers an almost untouched marine ecosystem and Capraia is rich in shoals and walls, all characterised by an abundance of fish and incredibly beautiful rocky seabeds.
